This short introduction to NLP offers practical tools for getting along better with ourselves… and with other people.

Stress Busting Techniques
Tutor Em Burnett will teach you some mindful Qigong methods which will leave you feeling refreshed, more able to relax, be present and at ease. Simple but effective, these ancient ‘stress busters’ centre you in your body, shifting you into a relaxed but alert state.
